1. Construction projects can drag out way too long!
2. Life is fragile..even a dog's and you never stop missing them
3. 2 year olds are terrific WAY MORE than terrible
4. you might have to continue christmas letters once you start them
5. LA is not a very pretty town and Vegas takes your money, but has the best shopping
6. blogs are fun
7. Iraq is a scary place
8. to appreciate the little things that are often taken for granted.
