This recipe is OH.SO.GOOD and I would be doing you a disservice if I didn't share it.
One of my dearest friends got it from her 3rd grade daughter, Macy.
Her teacher sent home a note that said Macy requested this recipe so she could make them at home. She said it was very simple so give her full control of the kitchen.
Her teacher was right and I owe my dear friend and her daughter a hug for introducing me to these cookies.
Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup flour
1 stick of butter
1 can condensed sweetened milk
2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup nuts
1 cup coconut
Mix flour and graham cracker crumbs in bowl.
Melt butter and mix with milk
Add butter/milk mixture to the graham cracker crumbs and flour.
Stir until mixed.
Fold in remaining ingredients
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
ENJOY!
Thank you Macy and MOM (AKA: Self Taught Stylist)
